A festive charity fundraiser for Stripey Stork 🎅

Following the huge success of their summer event, Stripey Stork are back with a special Christmas edition of their Quiz Night. Stripey Stork are an amazing local organisation that collects and rehomes donations of clothes, toys, and essential items for babies and children, helping local families experiencing hardship.

Gather your team and put your festive knowledge to the test on Wednesday 26th November 2025! Expect an evening full of fun, laughter, and a little friendly competition. All while raising vital funds for a truly worthy cause.

And it wouldn’t be Christmas without a bit of turkey… A delicious turkey curry will be served after round 4 to keep those brains fuelled.

When booking, please let us know in the notes section how many vegetarian curries you require. Don’t worry if you forget, just give us a call at a later date and we’ll update your booking.

  • After full payment has been received, no cancellation refunds or payment transfers against other services at the hotel are available.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any event up to 4 weeks before should bookings fail to reach the minimum number. In this case every effort will be made to offer an alternative date. If this is not possible a full refund will be given.
  • All parties must pre-order their menu choices in advance. If you have a specific dietary requirement or for more information on food allergens please speak to us.
  • Smart dress is required on all occasions.
  • Under 18’s are not permitted at evening events.
  • Seating arrangements cannot be notified until one week prior to the event.
  • Drinks bought from outside the hotel are not allowed to be consumed on the hotel premises.
  • We reserve the right to make alterations to notified plans.
  • No changes to bookings will be accepted one week prior to the event.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission.
